Duties and Responsibilities
Along with HR team members, this is a hands-on role providing a high level of service to company leaders and employees regarding:
o Recruiting/Staffing
o Compensation and Benefits
o HR Analytics and Reporting
o Compliance and Policies
o Employee Engagement, Training and Communications
o Employee Relations and Performance Management
o Employee Safety and Health
Minimum Qualifications
Highly Desired but Not Required
• SHRM or HRCI accreditation
• Spanish speaking
• Knowledge of Paylocity

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
- At least 10 years as an HR Generalist
- At least 2 years of prior management experience
