Job Description
BAE Systems seeks a senior level-careered Storage/SAN/NAS systems integration engineer with 3-4 years of contiguous hands-on Cloud Storage and SAN/NAS engineering experience in identifying and defining requirements, evaluating, designing, installing, configuring, and implementing Cloud Storage and SAN/NAS solutions (Pure/IBM COS) on large-scale enterprise platforms, in support of the technical solutions task order.
Important:
This position requires living within a commutable distance to Washington DC work onsite
a minimum of
1 day per week. Required Education, Experience, & Skills SAN/NAS Technologies utilizing products such as: Unity Isilon PURE DAS NAS CTERA IBMCOS Block Replication Technologies, specifically Dell EMC RecoverPoint NAS Replication Technologies (Recovery Point) Cisco MDS Directors and Switches Networking IP addressing, subnets, gateways, ports, protocols. Disaster Recovery planning Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills CommVault Other storage technologies such as Purestorage Distributed File Systems and Object Storage: such as IBMCOS Experience with enterprise level backup software. Four-year bachelor s degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific field or equivalent experience. ITIL Foundations certification Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
