Join Community Medical Center as a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) where you will serve as a pivotal advisor and robust support system to our front-line managers in achieving our organizational goals. This crucial role involves strategic and tactical HR support, directly aligning with our financial and talent objectives. As a cornerstone in our HR team, you will work closely under the Human Resources Director, promoting workplace excellence and upholding the core values that we cherish. With responsibilities ranging from strategic development to active ground-level program implementations, you will be instrumental in aligning staff performance with the strategic plan of our well-respected healthcare institution.
Salary:
$67,288.00 - $100,963.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a primary advisor to front-line managers, guiding in effective people management and organizational strategies. Design, implement, and monitor tailored HR plans that align with the company's strategic objectives and talent management goals. Facilitate and spearhead workforce development and engagement initiatives, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction and efficiency. Engage in rigorous analysis and reporting on HR metrics to inform and drive HR strategic decision-making. Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and conflict resolution sessions when necessary. Provide guidance on compliance and risk management issues, ensuring understanding and implementation of local, state, and federal labor laws. Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, specifically within a hospital or healthcare setting. Demonstrated experience in handling union-related matters and negotiations. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for creation of reports and presentations. Must possess exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively deal with various stakeholders. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently under minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a similar role within a hospital or extended healthcare environment. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills to influence organizational change. Advanced analytical skills for effective problem-solving and strategic planning. Exceptional ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity. Effective stress management skills to thrive in high-pressure situations.
