We’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team. The HRBP position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Requirements

At least 7 years of experience as an HRBP specializing in supporting senior leaders in a technology company. Ability to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization. Exceptional skills in building business trust and influencing company leaders. Serve as the primary HR representative for employees and managers in the business unit. Manage complex, cross-functional HR projects. Proactively support the execution and delivery of all HR programs and organizational development processes. Maximize team effectiveness and employee engagement. Consult with managers at all levels, support and coach them on employee lifecycle, employee-related issues, policies and procedures, change management, and more. Flexibility and ability to cope well in a dynamic work environment. A team player with a genuine drive to create a positive work environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative approach. Experience in both startup and corporate environments. Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives within your designated business units to drive organizational change and business transformation. Conduct weekly strategy meetings with senior leaders of the business units you support to align HR objectives with business goals. Provide expert HR consultation to line management on complex workforce issues, driving sustainable solutions. Analyze and interpret advanced HR data trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR team to anticipate and address potential impacts on the organization. Oversee and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring effective, thorough, and objective investigations and outcomes. Deliver ongoing feedback and strategic coaching to line management, focusing on leadership development, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with leadership and employees to positively influence organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve retention strategies. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that align with organizational goals and legal compliance. Provide strategic guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning to adapt to evolving business needs. Evaluate and identify training and development needs for business units; design and implement executive coaching programs tailored to leadership growth. Assess the effectiveness of current training programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and apply insights to improve outcomes. NextSilicon is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
