You will play a crucial role in our office by managing front desk operations and providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors. Responsibilities
•Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
•Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
•Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
•Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and scanning.
•Manage incoming faxes, including naming and distributing.
•Assist with data entry and updating case management systems.
•Manage sending checks to providers with the appropriate cover letter.
•Close cases upon completion.
•Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
•Run birthday reports and send out cards to past and present clients.
•Run client referral report, prepare cards for Mark Gemma, and mail out once completed.
•Check the obituaries daily to see if past or present clients have passed.
•Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
•Customer service experience in the legal industry, preferred
•Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
•Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
