We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Office Assistant to join our team. This is a vital role within our organization, as the Front Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, as they will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and managing appointments.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for office staff.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and office space.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front office representative or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Demonstrable customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Salary:

$850 - $1150 each week
