Job Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit sector, located in San Fernando Valley, California. We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and managing data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls and ensure all queries are addressed promptly.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries.
• Attend to email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to carry out administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring efficient time management.
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Continually monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, managing customer queries and providing excellent customer service.• Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experienced in managing email correspondence effectively and professionally.
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the capacity to create, manage, and interpret spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task organization.
• Proficient in creating and editing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word for creating and editing various documents.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
