We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team in Irvine, California. As a Receptionist, your main role will be to manage front desk duties and ensure smooth operations within the office. This role is based on site and provides a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Respond to incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as necessary.
• Maintain organized files and documentation.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and place orders when necessary.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to perform various tasks.
• Input data accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in all interactions.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or similar
• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in organizing files and documents in a systematic manner
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
