HR Specialist Job at Robert Half in Irvine

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Specialist in Irvine, California. As an HR Specialist, you will be primarily tasked with managing and responding to queries on our benefits and LOA program, processing life events and LOA/Job accommodation cases, as well as providing support for open enrollment and project tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Address and respond to daily inquiries regarding the benefits and LOA program and policies.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of life events in UKG and LOA/Job accommodation cases in LeaveSource.
• Contribute to open enrollment and Workday project tasks, including testing and communication.
• Maintain and manage premium billing for associates on leave.
• Carry out various audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in HR processes.
• Leverage your skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, CRM, About Time, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Communication, and Compliance to perform your duties effectively.• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Specialist or in a related role.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Experience with Ceridian software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in CRM tools is required.
• Knowledge of About Time software would be beneficial.
• Proven experience in auditing procedures.
• Demonstrated capability in managing benefit functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record in maintaining compliance in HR procedures and policies.
