The current hiring base salary range for this role is: $31.54/hour - $35.48/hour UCare anticipates paying within the above-references salary range for this position. The actual base salary offer for this position will be determined by a variety of components including but not limited to work experience, education, certifications, location of the role, internal equity, and other relevant factors. LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN (Office for your Day) Position Description As the Senior Executive Assistant – Chief Medical Office, Health Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Medical Directors (including the Coverage Policy staff). You will provide administrative and project support to all departments within the Health Services/Chief Medical Office as needed. Serve as a key liaison with staff and external customers. Provide administrative and project support to the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Directors and Coverage Policy staff, and the leaders reporting directly to them. Ensure efficient operation of the CMO respective departments by developing, implementing, and maintaining the administrative functions of the department. Provide executive-level support for a range of local and national initiatives in which the CMO plays a lead role. Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and conference registration for the CMO department, providing detailed coordination based on knowledge of critical issues and key relationships. Provide administrative support to a variety of committees, workgroups, and board related councils; coordinating schedules, creating and finalizing agendas, preparing meeting documents, creating and finalizing PowerPoint presentations, recording meeting discussions, and maintaining related filing and retrieval systems in SharePoint sites, shared electronic drives, and paper filing systems. Serve as a resource to staff and assist in the resolution of administrative issues. Provide support and back-up coverage to Executive Assistants. Work in collaboration with other executive administrative staff to schedule meetings, complete projects, and develop protocols for UCare administrative procedures. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Monitor administrative related budget line items for department expenses. Properly process department expenses according to budget; set up new purchase order(s) in Oracle system in accordance with Purchasing policy and procedures. Order and maintain an inventory of general supplies and order additional office supplies as requested. Collaborate with other administrative staff to complete projects and meet scheduling needs. Participate and interact to improve efficiencies and learn new processes as needed. Other projects and duties as assigned. Requirements Education High school graduate or equivalent. Completion of a two-year degree preferred. Required Experience Five years of administrative support experience with a minimum of three years executive, administrative support experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). SharePoint experience. Preferred Experience Experience in a healthcare or health plan setting.
