Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Administer all company benefit programs
- Participate in the administration of open enrollment process
- Ensure all benefits are within regulatory compliance and are cost effective
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers, payroll administrators, and third-party vendors
- Evaluate existing benefits programs on a regular basis
- Plan and execute wellness programs, employee events, and benefit surveys
- Assist with new hire benefits
- Assist with audit requests as needed
- Update and maintain benefits documents in HRIS systems
- Process unemployment claims, workers compensation claims, and verifications of employment
- Provide any assistance to payroll as needed
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Management, or related field required or relevant work experience is required
- 3-5 years of strong benefits experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Namely or other related HRIS systems
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- Strong understanding of benefits policies, procedures, and practices
- Strong attention to detail
