Do you have Full Life-Cycle Recruiting experience in a healthcare environment and/or corporate organization? This could be the job for you Our client is growing and in need of a Talent Acquisition Manager to join and lead their Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and implementing a Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy, and leading a growing TA team. The ability to lead and mentor a team, implement processes and creatively work to produce veins of gold for sourcing the right talent, will ensure success in this role. Sign-on Bonus offered for relocation Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of the TA strategy to attract and retain top talent Enhance full life-cycle recruiting by developing and facilitating robust recruiting processes Provide leadership and oversee an effective recruitment program that includes innovative sourcing, effective screening, while leveraging available tools Develop data-driven strategies and processes to include successful end-to-end recruiting, and talent forecasting and pipelining Search for and implement sourcing methods to find diverse candidates and resource pools Cultivate a strong service-oriented rapport with leaders and other internal partners, based on a high level of collaboration to understand and achieve short- and mid-term hiring needs Collaborate with hiring managers and ensure recruiting processes are efficient and effective Offer input for increasing effectiveness of processes, procedures, and metrics (TA tracking) Lead efforts for improving and leveraging ATS and job board (Indeed and LinkedIn) efficiencies Develop and execute organizational branding efforts Qualifications Minimum 7 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience Ability to identify and thoughtfully present candidates while effectively managing the recruiting process Ability to manage, develop, and motivate a diverse team, and work effectively with business units High energy and passion for creating a positive candidate experience Ability to partner with hiring mangers/teams to create productive working relationships Knowledge of social media, professional networks, job boards, and other creative recruiting methods Experience with ATS and job boards Ability to manage, develop, and motivate a diverse team, and work effectively with business units Regulatory and compliance experience including familiarity with labor law Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Disability PTO Paid Holidays Free Parking
