SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant to perform a comprehensive review of our clients' Workday system architecture, optimize module configurations, and resolve specific system issues. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday functionality, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, and Talent Optimization, with a proven ability to customize and enhance system performance to align with business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate the current Workday system setup to ensure optimal configuration and adherence to best practices Enhance the functionality of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, and Talent Optimization modules to improve operational efficiency Customize tasks to align with business processes and objectives Configure "demographic data" fields as mandatory within the Talent Optimization module Review and resolve issues with earning codes in Payroll, including holiday and overtime pay discrepancies Partner with internal teams to understand pain points, deliver tailored solutions, and provide guidance on best practices Perform end-to-end testing to ensure all configurations and customizations are functioning as intended Create detailed documentation for all system updates and provide training to relevant stakeholders as needed QUALIFICATIONS: 7 years of experience as a Workday Consultant or in a similar role Expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, and Talent Optimization modules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Proven experience in system customization, specifically configuring mandatory fields and resolving payroll earning code issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Must be Workday certified
