Must Have Technical/Functional Skills10+ years experience in Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) and ReportingExpertise in Workday Core HCM need to handle independently in assisting the customer in this areaConfiguring Workday for business processes such as HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Performance Management, Absence Management, New Hires and Recruiting•Configured core HR module, including basic setup, Personal Data, Job Data, Position Management, and Compensation, with additional focus on Profile Management
Moving custom reports within different Workday application tenants and validated data for all tenants and also scheduled custom reports and developed Alerts for custom reportsExecute changes to existing HR/Payroll business processes for migrating to Workday HCM systemGood Techno-functional leadership skills in different kinds of projects which included end to end Implementation, Enhancements and Production support in WorkdayHands on experience in Workday Core Configuration, Compensation, Security and Advance CompensationComplex reporting (calculated fields, Workday object model)Configured core HR module, including basic setup, Personal Data, Job Data, Position Management, and Compensation, with additional focus on Profile ManagementPre and Post Production support for Recruiting and post production support for other HCM modulesMoving custom reports within different Workday application tenants and validated data for all tenants and also scheduled custom reports and developed Alerts for custom reportsExecute changes to existing HR/Payroll business processes for migrating to Workday HCM systemGood understanding of HR Reporting and Analytics to design and develop the Workday Reports and setting up Workday ConfigurationsConfiguring Workday for business processes such as HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Performance Management, Absence Management, New Hires and RecruitingWell versed in building Advanced, Matrix and Composite custom reports and through understanding of Workday data sources
