Exciting Opportunity: Executive Assistant Role We’re looking for a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading company in Beverly Hills. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you Position: Executive Assistant | 2 Sr. Creative Executives Location: Beverly Hills, CA. Job Type: Temp | Long -Term Pay Rate: $30.00/hour Start Date: Immediate, following interviews and cleared background check. Note: Candidates must be available to start right away and not currently employed full-time. What You’ll Do: Help manage inboxes, calendars, mail, department trackers, pitches, meeting agendas, and contact lists, and help plan and organize detailed travel schedules. Perform daily administrative tasks like scheduling, filing, copying, scanning, answering calls, taking messages, ordering office supplies, and handling talent/executive gifts. Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and share them along with follow-up materials and action items. Handle sensitive and confidential information carefully and discreetly. Work with other teams, including Marketing, Business Affairs, Legal, PR, Research, Creative, Production, and Senior Management. Manage purchases, process expense reports, and handle tasks in Concur. Assist creative executives and work with them on their projects. Help research new ideas and support project development. Take on special projects as needed. Share thoughts and feedback on ideas, TV shows, and books. What We’re Looking For: Must have 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant in unscripted content, supporting a creative executive at a studio, production company, network, or agency. A BA/BS degree is strongly preferred. Must be available to work in the office three days a week. Strong passion for pop culture and staying informed on industry trends. Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and proactively anticipate needs. Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute. Effective communicator and respectful listener when interacting with colleagues and vendors. Excellent skills in time management, organization, and building interpersonal relationships. High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational abilities. Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ready to make an impact?
