Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Staff Accountant opening at a growing, global manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented Accountant with the ability to manage various accounting functions, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial data. Staff Accountant responsibilities will include the following:
• Record and approve transactions per GAAP.
• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Participate in financial reporting and external audits.
• Assist in creating and reviewing accounting policies.
• Post payroll entries and manage prepaid expenses.
• Collaborate on inventory counts and expenses.
• Cross-train with Finance Team members.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and assist with projects.
Qualifications:
• AS or BS Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of corporate accounting experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
