Peraton is seeking an experienced
Senior SharePoint Engineer
to join our national intelligence program in Northern Virginia that delivers engineering, application development, deployment, operations, upgrades and sustainment of products and services to achieve our client’s global missions. The candidate must have demonstrated experience, ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically with excellent written and oral communications. The candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement experience to implement and maintain SharePoint solutions that achieve stakeholder requirements. Responsibilities: Design, develop, customize and maintain program SharePoint applications and solutions. Work with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements for SharePoint solutions. Create, configure and access control SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows and web parts. Test and debug SharePoint applications to ensure their functionality. Monitor and analyze SharePoint server and application performance. Create technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updates. Provide end-user training and support. Work with IT professionals, Database Administrators, Network Engineers, etc. to ensure seamless integration with other systems, as required. Keep current on SharePoint updates and new technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate. Travel %:
Travel may be required within the National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements. **Position is Contingent on Contract Award** Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to pass a counter-intelligence scope (CI) Poly clearances. Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience; High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience). Proven work experience as a SharePoint developer/ engineer. Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation. Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services. Experience with C# language. Preferred Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearances. Experience working in a cloud environment. Knowledge of Natural or JCL. Experience with agile methods and DevOps tools. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Java, PowerShell, or Ruby etc.). Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery. Security Clearance: This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance. Peraton Overview
