Job Description

We are currently working with a custom manufacturer of fluid power components in Fayette County, TX who are looking to fill the role of IT Manager.

The IT Manager is responsible for leading the IT infrastructure and support for the business, emphasizing network and cyber security, developing the strategy, and delivering a stable and secure environment to support the needs of a business spanning multiple sites within the US and across the globe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily security operations, manage alerts, and coordinate with incident response teams to mitigate threats. Develop and enforce security policies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Design, maintain, and improve network & security implementations using best practices in design, configuration, monitoring & troubleshooting for IP networks. Continue to maintain, update, and ensure the server/network infrastructure delivers an uptime of 99.9%. (SLA) Maintain the company’s various servers and network services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, O365, and Azure. JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from a four-year college or university in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of related progressive experience. Demonstrated experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting & monitoring LAN/WAN network performance & associated hardware. Aruba and Cisco network experience preferred. LAN-WAN Networking Network security Site-to-Site VPN/MPLS/SD-WAN Azure and O365 Administration VMware and Hyper-V Cisco/Aruba networking equipment including Cisco ASA Firewalls CompTIA Network+, Security+, and CCNA/CCNP certifications will get preference.

The salary range is $100-110k

Position is ON-SITE
