Employees may be directed to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.Job ResponsibilitiesWrites, edits, formats and proofreads documentsPerforms data aggregation Service OrientationResponds to the needs of students, colleagues and community members in a timely and courteous mannerCommunication, Collaboration and TeamworkAnswers phone, responds to email, forwards messages and confirms appointmentsPlanning, Organizing and AccountabilityMaintains appropriate office supply inventory Compiles and organizes information into relevant reportsMaintains filing systems and utilizes basic word processing, database and spreadsheet skills daily Initiative, Problem Solving and Decision MakingCollects, organizes and composes correspondence for department staffUniversity MissionSupports the mission of the university and serves as an ambassador of the Q2 culture of service excellenceJob may require other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications - An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
