Job Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Mashpee, Massachusetts. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and patients, managing their inquiries efficiently. You will also be tasked with various administrative duties, including data entry, email and calendar management, and handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently managing all inbound and outbound calls, directing as necessary.
• Acting as the initial point of contact for all visitors and patients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintaining a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Managing email correspondence effectively and promptly.
• Maintaining and managing schedules and appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
*Must be able to pass a variety of background checks, fingerprint testing and national sex offender registry*
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving abilities• Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support
• Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date
• Experienced in managing detail oriented email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and perform data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including managing email communications, scheduling meetings, and organizing contacts
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and present engaging presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, demonstrating the ability to create, edit, and format documents
• Experience in scheduling appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and necessary resources are available
