Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain and monitor customer accounts
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments as per the requirement
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism
• Assist in data entry and email correspondence tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to accomplish daily tasks
• Foster a positive and dynamic work environment through effective communication skills.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving queries and issues
• Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
• Exceptional written communication skills for handling email correspondence
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing email and schedules
• Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and presenting slideshows
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating, editing and formatting documents
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently, prioritizing as needed
