We are on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to be part of our team in the manufacturing sector based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Lead HR initiatives for marketing and sales, focusing on compensation structures, incentives, and enhancing sales team capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global HR business partners in Poland and Belgium, and interact with a diverse, multinational US team comprising ten nationalities.
- Change Management: Challenge the status quo, develop, and implement new processes, and navigate an evolving organizational landscape.
- Global Processes: Manage global projects and employee lifecycle initiatives, ensuring alignment with international operations.
- Leadership and Development: Supervise a direct report, fostering their growth from Talent Acquisition to HR management.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with senior leadership, including the CEO, and build rapport with the assigned population through regular onsite presence.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure HR processes are adaptable and efficient, handling roles connected to commercial research, learning, IT, and procurement.
