Senior Business Process Analyst

Milestone Technologies is looking for a Business Process Analyst to help guide the organization into the future by optimizing delivery processes. The Sr. Business Process Analyst will seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. The role will help support the launch of a wireless partner enablement initiative. This role is crucial in helping our partners launch mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), integrating with a CRM platform to connect with the carrier, and enhancing the wholesale partner enablement experience. The position is vital for developing and implementing initial process designs, managing documentation, and overseeing key components of partner and platform management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions as it relates to enhancing and streamlining partner enablement.
• Consult with and advise management and multiple clients on strategies to improve workflows, process, and reporting techniques.
• Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-added activities to solve operational challenges.
• Seek out opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiency in production. Lead variability reduction and best practice initiatives.
• Partner to seek, proactively recommend, and drive implementation of approved process improvements to increase productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall program efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement principles, methodologies and processes to enable high value, highly reliable, and standardized work processes
• Oversee the management of the Partner Portal Platform, including enhancements, process documentation, and maintenance.
• Author and format clear, concise, and well-structured documentation, ensuring it aligns with internal standards and practices. Must understand the appropriate tone, structure, and terminology for creating detailed technical documents.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in process design and project management within the wireless telecom sector.
- Proven ability to manage and document processes effectively.
- Experience capturing "As-Is" and "To-Be" process flows using swimlane diagrams.
- Demonstrated experience working with process owners and stakeholders identifying process inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Understanding of common business functions in the Wireless Industry (e.g., partner onboarding)
- Strong background in technical writing, with the ability to develop, format, and review documentation tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work onsite 2 days a week.
Desired Skills:
- UI Design experience with web-based apps and digital forms (preferably).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform
