About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking a results-oriented SDR Manager who excels in driving pipeline generation for Corporate Sales teams. This individual leads a team of 8-10 SDRs and thrives on collaboration, office culture, and cross-functional teaming. With a passion for onboarding and mentoring SDRs, this role develops future sales leaders. This hybrid role requires working from the office three times a week with our SDR teams, necessitating proximity to our Austin, TX office. Responsibilities: Lead a team to overachieve targets and deliver high-quality pipeline Manage SDRs to execute weekly campaigns, call-out days, and KPIs, including daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management Engage SDRs and managers in best practices for outbound prospecting techniques: phone, email, social outreach, and intent data Partner with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development Attract, hire, and develop world-class SDR talent Coach, mentor, and motivate to ensure a successful sales development team generates revenue for the company Provide analysis and insights on pipeline creation, lead quality, and team performance to SDR and sales leadership Collaborate with SDR stakeholders to support goal achievement (marketing, operations, enablement, etc.) Serve as a bench to Corporate Sales teams by coaching & mentoring SDRs; ensuring timely participation in SDR Readiness and Sales Readiness programs Requirements: At least 1 year experience as a team lead or SDR manager Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs Strong EQ skills, practicing active-listening and empathy Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and sales dashboards (Tableau, etc.) Passion for coaching SDRs to higher performance Organized with problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills Possess a growth-mindset: fast learner, motivated, and driven Understands the cybersecurity landscape 1 year of closing experience for a technology company is a plus Location:
