to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be within commuting distance of our office. As a

Sales Development Team Lead , you will be responsible for driving pipeline generation for our Corporate Sales teams. You will lead a team of 8-10 SDRs to over-achieve targets and deliver high-quality pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Manage SDRs to execute on weekly campaigns, call-out days, and KPIs. Partner with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development. Coach, mentor, and motivate SDRs to ensure a successful sales development team is in place. Provide analysis and insights on pipeline creation, lead quality, and team performance. Requirements: At least 1 year experience as a team lead or SDR manager. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs. Strong EQ skills, practicing active-listening and empathy. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and sales dashboards. Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
