to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be within commuting distance of our office. As a
Senior Sales Development Representative , you will be responsible for driving pipeline generation for our Corporate Sales teams. You will work closely with the sales development team to execute on weekly campaigns and manage SDRs to meet their targets. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales development team to execute on weekly campaigns. Manage SDRs to meet their targets and deliver high-quality pipeline. Provide analysis and insights on pipeline creation, lead quality, and team performance. Requirements: At least 1 year experience as a team lead or SDR manager. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs. Strong EQ skills, practicing active-listening and empathy. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and sales dashboards. Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
