Result-Oriented SDR Manager , you will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, executing on weekly campaigns, and coaching SDRs to improve their performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team to over-achieve targets and deliver high-quality pipeline. Manage SDRs to execute on weekly campaigns, call-out days, and KPIs. Partner with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development. Requirements: At least 1 year experience as a team lead or SDR manager. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs. Strong EQ skills, practicing active-listening and empathy. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and sales dashboards. Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
