As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will work closely with our senior event coordinators to help organize and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community gatherings. You will gain hands-on experience while developing your skills in logistics, vendor management, and client relations.

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are managed effectively. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events. Help manage event logistics, including setup, registration, and breakdown of events. Support team members in developing event themes, agendas, and timelines. Conduct site visits to assess event locations and assist with layout planning. Develop and maintain detailed event documentation, including budgets, schedules, and participant lists. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Benefits:
