We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee all warehouse activities, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining safety standards. You’ll play a critical role in optimizing processes, managing resources effectively, and fostering a productive work environment.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping of goods.
  2. Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and team morale.
  3. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent discrepancies and maintain stock integrity.
  4. Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs.
  5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures, conduct regular safety training, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
  6. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper usage of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and storage systems.
  7. Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
