We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support daily operations, assist staff, and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Maintain and organise office files, both physical and electronic.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide support for meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
