Event Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Assistant to support our event planning team in coordinating and executing memorable events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting in all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Maintain detailed event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to confirm details and requirements. Manage event registration processes and attendee communication, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups. Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting as needed. Handle administrative duties, such as preparing contracts, invoices, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations for events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) is a plus. Benefits
