Horizontal Talent is hiring: Data Analyst in Minneapolis

Our client is seeking a dedicated Jr. Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays. The successful candidate will be part of the Category Sales Enablement Retail Programs & 3PL Team, responsible for coordinating and managing all Retail Programs, 2PL, and 3PL across our client's customer-facing endpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with cross-functional teams to support a consistent experience for the entire workforce.
• Foster alignment and deeper engagement with internal partners.
• Cultivate trust and consistent communication with external partners.
• Support the consistency and development of vendor and provider programs in stores directly with key external partners.
• Drive creation and execution of data consistency.
• Identify, research, and implement improvements to processes supporting the workforce and customer experiences.
• Communicate with the field in response to their feedback and escalations around provider support.
• Provide accurate reporting to internal and external partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Data analytic acumen.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and workload independently.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

• 3 or more years of services, sales, retail, or related experience or support.
• Experience working with IT (DAT) teams and terminology.
• Experience working with Finance teams and processes.
• Experience working with external partners to execute aligned goals.
