Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Permanent Director of Financial Reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our Accounting and Finance department, where you will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting activities. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a deep understanding of regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

As the Permanent Director of Financial Reporting, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the preparation of all external financial reports, including quarterly and annual reports (10-Q, 10-K), and ensuring they comply with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements. 2. Leading the development and execution of the company's financial reporting strategy, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in financial reporting. 3. Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure all financial reports and disclosures are accurate and complete. 4. Providing technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team, including research and implementation of new accounting standards. 5. Overseeing the preparation of reports for regulatory agencies, ensuring all reporting is completed accurately and on time. 6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators. 7. Implementing and maintaining financial reporting systems, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Director of Financial Reporting position will have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or CPA is highly desirable. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, with a strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements. 3. Proven experience in preparing 10-K, 10-Q, and other regulatory reports. 4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations. 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. 6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. 7. High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. 8. Advanced proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
