We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Low-Code Systems Analyst role.Perform Systems Analyst duties within the IT Project Management Office, managing multiple projects. Evaluate current and future capabilities, research solutions, enhance systems, and advise stakeholders. Collaborate with customers and IT staff to define business and software requirements. Communicate with users to gather process and application needs. Support implementations and upgrades in a low-code platform, including system configuration, business process documentation, and project reporting. Follow standardized project management methods, create test artifacts, conduct UAT, and prepare training materials. Work with developers to track defects and solutions. Conduct technical reviews, resolve production issues, and enforce global standards. Assist with diagnosing application problems, writing detailed specifications, and improving system performance. Perform additional duties as required.Required Skills:

Experience as a systems analyst or a bachelors degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field and three years of experience as a systems analyst

Experience with a low code platform that includes hands-on experience in design, implementation, and production support of applications

Experience conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, conducting testing including UAT and developing training documentation

Experience preparing project documentation such as: system requirement specification, functional design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, screen prototypes, wireframes, interface specifications, data migration rules, logical workflow charts, database design specifications and data warehouse design specifications

SQL, Object Oriented Programming Language, and Web Application fundamentals

Skill in business analysis methodologies; in developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

Octane (Or earlier version ALM)

As a Programmer, Analyst, or Systems Administrator

Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio, Axure or Photoshop

Preferred Skills:

Certified Analyst or Developer

SQL Server

UML Modeling Agile Software Development Methodologies

Agile Software Development Methodologies

Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) / Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS)
