Systems Analyst, level 2 (5104825SA2) Remote - Telecommuting from within the Continental United States. 5 Months Contract
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills: 4-7 Years - Experience as a systems analyst or a bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field and three years of experience as a systems analyst 4-7 Years - Experience with a low code platform that includes hands-on experience in design, implementation, and production support of applications 4-7 Years - Experience conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, conducting testing including UAT and developing training documentation 4-7 Years - Experience preparing project documentation such as: system requirement specification, functional design specifications, architectural diagrams, flowcharts, screen prototypes, wireframes, interface specifications, data migration rules, logical workflow charts, database design specifications and data warehouse design specifications 4-7 Years - SQL, Object Oriented Programming Language, and Web Application fundamentals 4-7 Years - Skill in business analysis methodologies; in developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems 4-7 Years - Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) - Octane (Or earlier version ALM) 4-7 Years - As a Programmer, Analyst, or Systems Administrator 4-7 Years - Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio, Axure or Photoshop
Preferred: 1 Year - Certified Analyst or Developer 3 Years - SQL Server 3 Years - UML Modeling Agile Software Development Methodologies 1 Year - Agile Software Development Methodologies 1 Year - Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) / Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS) Texas Workforce Commission experience
