Check all merchandise entering and leaving Resort for proper documentation and authorization. Handing over all the finished GRNs to the Accounts Department. Handing over all finished Issue Vouchers and Transfer vouchers to Accounts Department. Check all goods received are in good condition with regards to quality & quantity stated in the invoice or delivery note and the purchase order. Prepare discrepancy report for goods delivered less than the invoiced quantity; goods delivered in an unacceptable manner or damaged condition get approval from the General Manager/ Cost Controller and advise the supplier. Assist accounting personnel in periodic verification of physical inventories in all storerooms. Maintain security of storage areas at all times. Ensure all goods received and issued are entered to the system on a daily basis. Check regularly all items in storage for expiry dates and slow moving items and report accordingly. Make all the records and update all bin cards when supply comes and verify with physical balance. Create the order form on the date to the supplier. Prepare the bill for the local suppliers after receiving the items in good condition. Ensure that goods from storerooms are issued only on requisition authorized by the Department Heads & General Manager. Qualifications
