Sr. Sales Manager
to join our leadership team here in Santa Clara, CA. This key role will drive revenue growth and expand our market presence by developing strategic business opportunities, cultivating high-value client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage relationship with the strategic accounts to generate revenue. Develop & execute account strategy to grow revenue. Cultivate new sales leads to match USI core competency to grow new business. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in USI worldwide sites to provide the best services to the customer. Excellent capability of managing RFQ/RFP response and negotiation with the customers. Good communication skills with fluent English in both speaking and writing. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering or Business bachelor's degree or above. >10 years sales experience with revenue responsibility in EMS/ODM industry. >5 years working experience to deal with w/w tier one customers. KEY COMPETENCIES:
Teamwork Player Problem-solving skills Organization Customer service/engagement Great communication Negotiating skills Knowledge of EMS cost structures Knowledge of key manufacturing processes The expected salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $115,000-$160,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience.
