matter.Established rural health teams consiting of 2 Advanced Practitioners at each locationPosition will be split between both Vinton and Belle Plaine Family Medicine clinics, commuting will be requiredOpportunity to practice rural health outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinicsCohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferencesExperienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the communitiesFull-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient accessFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordinationResponsibilities:

Provide care to your own patient panelShared call amongst the providers at both clinics; Triaged through MyNurseAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serveGeneral family medicine procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc.Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient carePatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skillsQualifications:
