About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Director to oversee the management and optimization of our Microsoft Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, various services, and web portals, including the Dealer Portal. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of these critical platforms, driving efficiency, and enhancing user experience.

What You Will Do

CRM - Sales & Services Management:

Lead the administration, customization, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Sales CRM system.Collaborate with sales, Services, and marketing teams to align CRM functionality with business processes.Ensure data accuracy, system security, and user training.Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations.Implement best practices for incident response, problem resolution, and service delivery.Portal Management:

Manage the design, development, and maintenance of the Dealer Portal.Oversee all web portals, ensuring they align with the organization's brand and business objectives.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and optimize portal functionality.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement portal strategies.Monitor and analyze portal performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.Integration and Interoperability:

Drive integration efforts between CRM, web portals, and other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP.Ensure seamless interoperability to optimize data flow and business processes.Vendor Relationships:

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs.Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security measures to protect CRM data, portals, and services.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.User Training and Support:

Develop and implement training programs for CRM users, portal users, and service consumers.Provide ongoing support to address user inquiries and issues.What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Engineering.15+ years experience in systems management, project management and/or Business Analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills, curiosity to learn, agility.Excellent time management & organizational skills with keen attention to details.What Is Nice To Have

Experience in portfolio management.Experience in working in a global environment.Strong interpersonal skills.What Makes You Eligible
