We are seeking a Client Care Specialist to work in our BDC department. This pseudo sales/customer service position will be responsible for handling internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention. Immediate Opening Available.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, features; comparing and contrasting competitive modelsManaging internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channelsSetting up customer appointments for sales departmentAssist customers with products and services sold at the dealership in order to present features and benefits to customersFollow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close salesGrow internet sales business and expand current customer base.Benefits Include:

- No Automotive Experience Necessary
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work some Saturdays within a 5-day work week
- Must be self-motivated and performance driven
- Must be able to attend training
-Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly
-Strong computer and typing skills
-Positive, can-do attitude
-Professional and personable demeanor
- Proven experience in sales
-High School Diploma or GED required.
- Auto sales preferred but not required
Responsibilities
This customer service position will be responsible for handling Internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models.Communicate with the prospective sales clients until they are ready to set an appointment and visit the dealership.Obtain customer information and keep accurate database.Maintain a dealership standard for response time.Set up sales appointments with all customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term customers.Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channelsSetting up customer appointments for sales departmentFollow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales.Grow internet service business and expand current customer base.
Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings.
Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
