Bilingual (Spanish) Business Development RepresentativeRESPONSIBILITIES:
Filter through inbound leads to determine client needs
Generate appointments by means of proactive marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by using a consultative and persuasive approach to answering questions about their targeted vehicles
Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure customer's are getting the highest level of customer service
Communicate with customers prior to purchase to ensure their needs are being met
Be available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
Earn bonuses and commissions through meeting production goals each month
REQUIREMENTS:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong Computer Skills and Proficient with Technology and programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Enthusiastic personality
Ambition to progress in your career by helping customers through their automotive search
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
Must have a reliable transportation
MUST be able to speak both Spanish and English
