Objective
The HR Operations Specialist will oversee the Human Resource function at a production facility, which includes planning, directing, and providing HR guidance to plant operations leadership, supervisory staff, and employees. This will include employment policies, compensation, training, labor relations, employee relations, and communications.
Main ResponsibilitiesInterprets the labor agreement and provide guidance to supervisors, managers, and employees on performance/disciplinary issues.Assists employees on resolving work related concerns.Supports Operations Managers on initiatives to improve employee relations, work environment, training, onboarding, recruitment, administrative processes and safety.Provides training to Supervisors and Employees on new policies and initiatives.Ensures employment related decisions are in compliance with company policies, State and Federal laws.Researches industry trends and provides recommendations to ensure company is using best practices.Work as a partner with the HR Operations to ensure consistency in policies and initiatives.Position Requirements
