Overview : IntelliBridge is looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to lead and manage requisitions under our Homeland & National Security Division. The Lead Technical Recruiter will supervise at least one Consultant under the division and may be responsible for hiring future TA Specialists as needed. The Lead Technical Recruiter will work closely with the Hiring Managers on their requisitions and perform full lifecycle recruiting. The Lead Technical Recruiter will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Job Responsibilities
Provide day to day direction, job assignment, and guidance to other recruiters on the team.Perform full life cycle recruiting: source, phone screen, and negotiate offers with candidates.Conduct intake calls with Hiring Managers on new requisitions.Operate independently and report accomplishments/issues to the Director of Talent Acquisition.Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of recruiting experience2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in GovCon to include DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and Full Stack Developers.Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiating skills, and effective time management skills.Preferred Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeExperience in successfully leading and managing recruiting teams.Experience with ADP as an Applicant Tracking SystemExperience with SmartsheetExperience with sourcing tools to include LinkedIn, Clearance Jobs, and Indeed.About Us
