Join our dynamic team as a Technical Recruiter and play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent. As a member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with qualified candidates to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Utilize your expertise in technical recruiting to attract skilled professionals while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate with our Account Executives and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source and attract candidates through various channels such as social media, networking, referrals, internal database and job boards as needed.Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Manage the candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews, and ensure excellent candidate experience.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). We are a very performance and metric-driven organization, so this is critical.Assist in negotiating offers and facilitating the candidate hiring lifecycle from offer to acceptance to onboarding and talent care.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal & external partners.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to enhance recruitment efforts.Qualifications
Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with candidates.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.ConsultNet is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
