POSITION SUMMARYModern Government Solutions (MGS) is actively seeking a dynamic DevOps Engineer passionate about exploring cutting-edge technologies that empower satellite operations and launches for a mission-critical IC customer. Joining our team means contributing to the enhancement and development of new applications, analytics, and services, as well as the modernization of capabilities through an agile, evolving requirement identification and prioritization process.As a DevOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and tools for developers, automating the deployment of services, providing documentation and self-service tools to onboard product teams, and monitoring the security and performance of platform services. Our DevOps engineers are instrumental in solving challenging problems for unique customers, exerting a direct impact on the direction of software products and solutions for our national security initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSActive DoD TS/SCI with CI or FS Polygraph security clearance.Proficiency with DevOps pipeline tools and technologies, such as Docker, Chef, Jenkins, Ansible, and/or Kubernetes.
DESIRED SKILLSCertifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer.Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification.
