About the Role:
As the Sales and Business Development Director, you’ll spearhead their growth in Austin, TX, securing new clients and delivering exceptional IAM solutions. Prior IAM sales experience isn’t necessary, but a strong background in cyber sales and a drive to generate new business are essential. This role also offers the chance to establish and lead the sales team in Austin. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you’ll have the autonomy to shape and capitalize on the new market, driving expansion independently.
Your Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison for customers and vendors
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and capitalize on new business prospects
Aim for 90-100% new business acquisition in the initial year
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, in IT/Security
A degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
An entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term vision
Solution-oriented thinking and closing skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Office365
Additional Information:
Base: $150,000
OTE: $300,000
Uncapped Commission structure
One day a week required at the Austin, TX office
