IT -Sr Business System Analyst

Cadence IT is seeking an experienced and senior Business System Analyst (BSA) with a proven history of delivering global and cross-functional business applications, who is a strong team player who can prioritize initiatives, communicate effectively, and creatively solve complex problems.
The candidate should have demonstrated IT experience of 10+ years as Business System Analyst with good amount of technical acumen. Should have B2B and B2C business analysis experience and be capable of leading the function solution for direct, indirect, and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business owners to define IT solutions that cover functionality, usability, performance, and platform capabilities.
Lead dynamic and interactive requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
Understand the impact of requirements across departments and design the target and interim solutions. Effectively analyze business requests and translate them into detailed system requirements.
Knowledge transfer system requirements to the development and QA teams and provide cross-functional user acceptance criteria.
Address (with closure) and communicate cross-functional impacts throughout the project. Assure project specifications are defined and documented.
Perform functional verification and certify UAT readiness, plan UAT execution with business team.
Work with worldwide teams for the execution of technology projects, which require holding meetings that are outside of normal US business hours.
Be positive and a force for good in the team – even when faced with difficult problems.
Skills & Qualifications:
Good understanding of the full-end-to-end order management lifecycle for direct, indirect, and eCommerce channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
Ability to distinguish requests from underlying needs, deconstruct high-level information into functional details, and translate low-level information into function design documents.
Experienced in capturing use cases and acceptance criteria, developing UI/UX, flowcharts or other artifacts to facilitate requirement elaborations as needed.
Functional expertise in IBM Websphere Commerce in highly preferred.
Solid understanding of Quote to Cash procedures, such as Configure Price Quote, Order Management processes, and revenue recognition.
Must be a results-oriented self-starter with a desire to learn continuously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Expert process mapping, analytical, problem-solving, and high level of attention to detail.
Experience as a Business Analyst in a high-tech company is highly preferred.
The annual salary range for California is $133,000 to $247,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
