Senior Business System Analyst - VoC

Roles and Responsibilities -
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for working closely with our partners across the different team to understand and help shape the strategic drivers and tactical needs to successfully deliver an experience that is intuitive, scalable, and stable.
Facilitate workshops - story-boarding workshops, translate story-boarding artifacts into an electronic format and provide input in design sessionsClearly communicate - keeping IT and business partners apprised of developments and requirements, key metricsGood domain Knowledge in Pharma commercial analyticsGood experience in writing user stories and Jira toolExperience in Structure query language(SQL)Experience in Customer Engagement or VoC (Voice of customer) will be preferred.Experience in Visio & Microsoft SuiteGood presentation skill and able to communicate clearly in front of multiple stakeholders including but not limited to business, vendors, architect, & tech lead.Work as a Product Lead/Owner and prioritize the requirements as per business needsKeeping management apprised of developments through clear and timely communicationsOverseeing and mentoring resources on solution or project teamsOther Duties as Assigned:
Analyze and document current and future business process modelsAnalyze and document requirements (scope), business rules (use cases)Identify opportunities to enhance existing features to suite business needsPlan and manage user acceptance test (UAT), create UAT scripts and facilitate UAT; report out on UAT progress and outcomesPerform knowledge transfer to training and communication teamsWork closely with Product Owners, Business Users & with Leadership team on IT and Business to understand Business needs and visionLead business stakeholders and other business systems analysts thru the business analysis lifecycleWork closely with Product Manager, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Developers, Software Quality Assurance Lead to accomplish a successful project delivery, focused on Minimum Viable Product (MVP)Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, systems design, or equivalent fieldQualifications:
10+ industry experience as domain Business Analyst5+ industry experience in the Pharma commercial AnalyticsDemonstrated excellence in analysis, prioritization, documentation, facilitation and presentation skillsStrong skills in critical thinking and analysis, small and large group facilitation skillsProject planning experience beneficialProven leadership abilities and emotional intelligenceDemonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and riskFollow SAFe/Agile project methodologies and apply all the practices of SAFe methodologies
