Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Oncology Faculty Manager. This role is crucial in managing and nurturing relationships with our esteemed faculty members in the field of oncology.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for oncology faculty, proactively establishing collaborative relationships, providing prompt and professional support for their needs, and anticipating/resolving challenges to ensure a seamless and positive experience.Work closely with faculty members to strategically plan their calendars, aligning schedules with organizational priorities and events.Keep faculty profiles up to date, including academic and institutional affiliations, preferred communication methods, and travel preferences to enhance personalized support.Regularly communicate with faculty to obtain updated information and ensure accurate representation on organizational platforms.Draft and negotiate contracts with faculty members, outlining terms and expectations.Oversee the payment process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for faculty services.Represent the organization at approximately 4 large oncology conferences throughout the year, further nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the field.Conduct research to identify potential faculty members, understanding their areas of expertise and strength.Collaborate with executive leadership to conduct regular assessments to evaluate faculty contributions.Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldExperience:Proven experience in faculty or relationship management, preferably in the field of oncology or healthcare.Special Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate effective strategic and critical thinking skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements and work environment:
Travel - up to 5%Hybrid
