Thoroughly review all escrow documents for accuracy and completeness.Verify the completeness and accuracy of loan documentation.Maintain accurate records of all escrow activities, including closing statements and reports for residential loans.Conduct pre-closing and closing reviews of loan files for accuracy in residential or commercial transactions.Manage property records, including closing reports and statements for residential and commercial transactions.Process files with attention to detail and precision.Provide timely follow-up on requested items needed to close transactions.Actively participate in at least one marketing event per month.Facilitate effective communication with all parties involved in the transaction.Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities for Escrow Assistant College Station:

High School Diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.Proficiency in SoftPro, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite software systems is required, or the ability to quickly acquire proficiency.Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking work environment.Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Required Experience:

3 years in the title industry or a related field.Compensation:
